  • Pet information: your dog's name, breed, and selected services.

We do not collect payment information through our website. Payment is handled in person at the time of service.

We use the information you provide to:

  • Confirm and manage your grooming appointment.
  • Send appointment confirmation emails.
  • Send appointment reminder emails approximately 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Send text message confirmations and reminders, only if you opted in.
  • Contact you if there is a question or concern about your appointment or your pet.

3. Text Messaging & Your Phone Number

If you opt in to SMS, your phone number will be used solely to send appointment-related text messages as described in our Terms & Conditions. We will never:

  • Sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Send promotional, marketing, or advertising text messages.
  • Share your opt-in data or consent status with any third party (other than our messaging platform provider, Twilio, which processes messages on our behalf).

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share your data only with:

  • Twilio (our SMS provider) to deliver text messages you consented to receive.
  • Hostinger (our hosting provider) which stores our website and database.
  • Google Calendar to sync your appointment onto the groomer's schedule.

These providers process data solely on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your appointment and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain appointment records. If you would like your data deleted, contact us and we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Cookies

Our website uses a session cookie to manage your booking flow. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using HTTPS encryption on our website and secured database access. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
