Welcome to Grooming by Bri ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website at https://groomingbybri.com, booking an appointment, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms.

1. Appointment Booking

When you book a grooming appointment through our website or by phone, you agree to provide accurate contact information (name, email, and phone number). Appointments are confirmed via email and, if you opt in, by text message. You may cancel a confirmed appointment using the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email or text.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox during booking or by texting START to our number, you consent to receive automated text messages from Grooming by Bri related to your grooming appointment. These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders (sent approximately 24 hours before your appointment)
  • Cancellation or rescheduling notifications

Message frequency: You will receive up to 4 messages per appointment you book.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile plan may.

Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further texts from us unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. You may still book appointments without opting in to SMS.

3. Service & Pricing

Grooming services, add-ons, and their associated durations are listed on our Services page. Pricing may vary and is confirmed at the time of service. We reserve the right to refuse service for the safety of any animal or staff.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

We exercise the utmost care with every pet. However, Grooming by Bri is not liable for pre-existing health conditions, skin irritations discovered during grooming, or behavioral incidents. We will contact you immediately if any concern arises during your pet's visit.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
